Just recieved our order of trophies/medals for our football presentation. Came well packaged and really good quality. Will definatly be using for next years presentation too. Highly recommend.

I ordered some trophies, medals and a shield trophy for camp awards for my Cub Scout Pack. Tons of choice on the website, super reasonable and really pleased with them. Packaged really well and the Cubs were so excited. Will be ordering for our next camp in November!

Purchased 10 trophies..

1 arrived cracked in half

1 had a player mounted on a ball and the player fell off

1 had a football mounted on a background and the ball fell off

Things happen but 3 out of 10 ? Oh and the engraving on one of the 10 was wonky

I really don’t like to moan about companies they are trying to make a few quid .. but dear Jesus I wouldn’t buy a balloon from this lot .. the faulty trophies need replacing and I’ve sourced locally advice don’t use unless your prepared to receive faulty goods

Ordered trophies that were defective! Apparently its okay for trophies to break. Kids so so disappointed!! Could offer me no help whatsoever and absolutely shocking customer service. Been a customer for 7 years well never again!! I would not recommend this company not because of he fault, but because of the way they have handled this situation.

Not even received my order and I have been ignored when I have tried to connect them too. This is the final straw. It's not even like it was a huge order.

No communication at all and falsely stated on the website they would contact if order is delayed and wold take 3-5 working days to complete all orders else.
