We would like to say a massive thank you to all our staff that ran the shop for us over the weekend. We have a great team of lads and lasses that all pulled together for us so Keith and Jack could attend the wedding of our son/brother, that was held over the past three days. They were short staffed but they worked together and coped brilliantly. To come home and read a 5* review left by a customer on Sunday was wonderful and all down to them. So well done to you all and thank you again.x

Birthday Wishes to Declan
Our butcher boys are growing up fast. Declan also covers the Deli for Keith on his days off. Not tomorrow though, as we're sure Dec will be recovering from today's celebration's.🍺🍺🍺🍺

One of our regular customers and most favourite has to be Archie. He always sits and waits patiently to be hand served by Keith, licking his lips in anticipation. He does tend to be able to sneak through the tills unnoticed but we don't mind as he is so well mannered and polite that he is a pleasure to serve.

🎈A year ago today Jack's son, Odin, was born. You may remember he was 2 months premature. Many of you sent very kind wishes to Jack and Keith and wished the little man well. So we thought we would share with you how the little 3lb 12oz baby boy has grown into a beautiful, healthy 1 year old he is today. 🎈

Trotter's Butchers has always had some lovely, kind customers that have given us many gifts over the years. One of these customers recently brought us in this gift, pictured below. Yes, it's a bar of soap. Not just any soap though. It has been handmade using Trotter's beef fat. How clever and unique. It does not smell of a Sunday roast, in case your wondering, it has a lovely floral fragrance. Thank you to the customer that made it.

Well this is a first for Trotter's. As we have been a bit quiet today Jack has made his girlfriend's dog, two meaty birthday cakes.

Our son did it. 04.56.44. Thank you Trotter's customer's for your donations. So very much appreciated. An amazing £1135.40 has been raised.

Morning all. Hope you don't mind us re-posting our sons link to his donation page for Macmillan Cancer Support. As we mentioned back in November, Adam will be running the Brighton Marathon for Cancer Support on April 15th. His training is going well and he managed 12.2 miles yesterday. Legs are probably a bit wobbly today. Trotter's is liked by 393 customers and we have 401 followers which is wonderful. So we would like to ask if you can spare a £1 or even 50p to help our son achieve his goal of raising a £1000 for the wonderful MacMillan nurses for all there support they give to cancer sufferers and there families.
