Clean friendly place

I recently spent 4 nights at Troutbrook cottage in the single room. It was excellent value and very comfortable. I particularly appreciated the garden room where guests have facilities for making tea coffee etc with home made cakes . Sally and Ian are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was delicious and generous.
