Trovant was established in response to our clients' growing appetite for asset backed income. We arrange direct ownership of defensive, pre-let commercial property, as an alternative to generic property funds and residential buy-to-let investments. We work with a wide portfolio of national operators such as Starbucks, Costa Coffee, Burger King, Papa John's, NCP and Co-Op. We offer access via our managed Clubs, Direct Acquisition or Advisor Bespoke services. Our typical client is a HNW individual, syndicate investor or family office. Our key strength is our ability to source and develop investment opportunities on a pre-market and off-market basis. We define ‘pre-market' as the point during the transaction when all aspects have been approved (such as planning) or agreed (such as an agreement to lease) to the extent that our members are significantly de-risked.
