My granddaughter Sienna had her first full baking lesson the other day. We made some banana and chocolate chip cupcakes 😄 here is my grandson Rowan enjoying one!! 😃😍

Made a cake for my daughter and friends for their besties party last night who will be heading down under to work in Oz for a year. This “little Shez” (model on top) was liked 😂 Good Luck Sheree on your travels I’m sure it will be one hell of an experience ☺️ but come back sooooon xxx

I’m absolutely chuffed to bits! First time entering the worlds biggest cake show with nearly 2000 entries! I can’t believe it, I’m so thrilled.....as mentioned before I was in the carved/sculpted category. My snail was 100% cake inside. X

I so miss making lots of lovely cakes but as my grandchildren are small and need their nanna every now and again I’m happy for my cakes to take a backseat......for now!
I am still making the odd one which I LOVE but recently I have entered myself into the worlds biggest cake competition, namely “Cake International” at the NEC in Birmingham which will be taking place this weekend. There are apparently just under 2000 entries 😳 from all over the world as they celebrate their 2...5th year. So what the hell, I’ve pushed my limits further than I have ever done before, and spent MANY hours on my entry. As some of you know, I really enjoy making cakes that look nothing like cake so please keep an eye out, I’m chuffed that I’ve actually pushed myself to do this as for so many years I had pondered the idea but was scared to death that I wouldn’t be good enough. So, wish me luck, think I’m gonna need shed loads but taking parts is what counts ☺️ also wishing my cake buddy The Orange Rose Bakery lots of luck too....we can do this! Trudy x

Many congratulations to the bride and groom ☺️ yet another naked wedding cake order which I will never tire in making, although set up always takes close to an hour! 😉 this one took longer as I just LOVED the decor! No wonder a coconut topper and coconut and pina colada cake was ordered by the bride, the whole theme was, beach and shells inspired, just a shame the weather turned out as it did but no doubt it hasn’t put a dampener on their day ☺️ thank you for choosing me! Xxx

This weeks wedding cake has just been delivered to a venue which brings back many wonderful memories mainly because my daughter and son in law married there in 2014 ☺️ I will post some pics later but in the meantime I wish the happy couple a wonderful day xx

Today Was a day to celebrate my granddaughters birthday who turns 2 years old tomorrow. It’s all about the Trolls!!! Her fave movie 🎥 the weather was beautiful and the cake held up really well. 😊 fun and vibrant colours, this 8” cake was 7” tall 😉 Poppy figure hand made by me and I think Sienna was very pleased 😁

Our wedding cake looked amazing and tasted even better!!! Absolutely perfect - we couldn't have wished for a better cake - in fact it went so quickly that we missed three of the flavours haha � but the chocolate was our personal favourite anyway � xx

Ordered a giant cupcake for my sister's 30th. It was amazing! Beautifully decorated and tasted amazing. Everyone at the party commented on how nice it was. Would definitely recommend!
