These guys really know how to cut mens hair, a rarity in Hitchin! The 3 guys are all very welcoming and friendly, and give the place that local personal feel. Very accommodating - top service all round!

Thank you for always making my shy 6 year old lad welcome. The only place in hitchin where he feels comfortable enough to have his hair done! Vinnie has been coming here since he was one and the guys have built up his confidence with each visit. Great vibe.

Just popped in to TrueGents because I saw was open to 7pm. Rob did my hair and made an excellent job of it, best hair cut I have had for a long time and a great price to. 100% recommend and will definitely return! Not only that, but when I left I noticed it was 7.20 so stayed open later to finish my cut off! Great service!

I have to say thank you to Luis for the outstanding service I received today. I have had a fair few wet shaves in my time so I say with experience 10 out of 10, as a great shave should be, Luis never moved my head, and by the time he finished massaging my face I didn't want to get out of the chair.

I done a few business meeting with Tony and he is a great bloke and his barbers are top notch. Would have worked for Tony bit left Hertfordshire to go back to my family in Dorset.

Absolutely superb service, very polite and welcoming. I emailed them on the off chance they were open on bank holiday Monday and within about three minutes I was booked in. I am very pleased with my haircut as I pretty much left it up to them as to what I was having done because I honestly didn't know what I wanted lol

Will definitely be returning when my next haircut is due
