The restaurant is known for its extensive and innovative French /English fusion menu, smooth friendly service and immaculately presented and prepared dishes using the finest ingredients.

Unlike most other restaurants, proprietor and Head Chef James Ford is in constant attendance, and personally ensures that all guests enjoy a superb evening, with meals all prepared with the same skill and attention for which Truffles has become known.
