Our first two Farmers’ Markets of 2019 this weekend! We’ll be at Hoxne Produce & Craft Market on Saturday and Lavenham Farmers’ Market on Sunday! What a wonderful team - Lynn and Steve's pies are amazing. Mouthwatering pastry and rich tasty fillings - whether its venison, pigeon or the veggie option. Its important to me to know the provenance of my meat and to be able to trust that the supplier is honest and skilled in their profession and that they have respect for the animal. These guys deserve every award! 5 star company

Went To halesworth’s Christmas market today and had an amazing venison and muntjac deer sausage rolls thanks guys

We much enjoyed your venison and ale pies last night - they were delicious I shall be back for more!!

We at Thoroughfare Deli, Halesworth have been overwhelmed by the demand for Truly Traceable's amazingly tasty sausage rolls and pies. We often have people waiting for them to come hot out of the oven in the mornings! A real treat for those of you looking for that homemade taste! The pastry is meltingly crumbly and crisp, the fillings are delicious and to die for! All locally sourced and beautifully prepared...irresistible!!

These products are absolutely incredible! The sausage rolls are to die for, and the pheasant, cider and apple pies are divine. My husband only has to look at pastry to get heartburn normally, but these didn't affect him at all... except making him ask for more of them! My only complaint is that I've now run out... I need to get to a farmer's market quickly!!!!

Loving the venison sausage rolls this morning over at Snape Maltings. If you haven't already tried Truely Traceable then you absolutely must track them down at one of the many markets they attend. Really friendly customer service too, it's easy to see that they both have a great understanding of their products.

I must be honest and say simply the best pies I have ever eaten.

I know I'm biased by having such a talented and super daughter - but if you try any of her products, I think you will have to agree with me ! As well as being ""truly traceable" they are also "truly fantastic" too !

I had a pork sausage roll last night which was amazing. The pastry is the best i have ever tasted and unlike other sausage rolls it is full of meat. U dont get a mouthful of just pastry because the pastry wraps the meat. Have also had a steak and ale pie,again was so tasty. I am looking forward to the award wining pheasant and chesnut pie i have. Truly Tasty Traceable.

I finally got hold of one of the breakfast pies, brought into work by the lovely Lisa. it was absolutely yummy. i'm stuffed! I've also tried venison pie and sausage rolls also, both are incredible too. I have to say the innards to pastry ratio is spot on.

Gorgeous pies all hand made and definitely 'truly traceable' animal management at its best. Lynn and Steve are passionate about what they do and it shows in their produce

Fantastic individual Venison pie eaten at the Sole Bay Inn Southwold, pastry was light and fluffy, filling was tasty and tender.

Bought 2 sausage rolls at the Bury St Edmunds farmers market last weekend. Had for lunch - delicious - especially the pigeon. Tonight cooked venison pie straight from the freezer as recommended. So good I will definitely buy more and am tempted to pass them off as my own next time brother comes for lunch - I'm no good at pastry so he might guess though!
