What a fantastic tearoom! The food was of excellent standard and the friendly staff working were very efficient, especially considering it was very busy for them. A special mention to the sticky toffee banana dessert which was absolutely perfect. Definitely worth a visit. Many thanks, Steph and Sue

We came today for afternoon vintage tea, and just wanted to say how beautiful the table was laid and as for the food we thoroughly enjoyed it, we couldn’t finish it all but were very pleased we could box it up to take home. Will definitely recommend and be back soon.

Very nice local welcome and even nicer food. Good home style produce. Butchers sausages and thick cut bacon on nice granary bread. Decent prices too. Lovely staff and nice atmosphere. Keep it up.

Trumpet Tea Rooms is so nice with a lush garden and inspiring arty cafe! The ladies accommodated 2 babies and 8 adults for afternoon high tea - extremely looked after, with warm scones, tea and coffee & hot chocolate - with knitted toys for the babies. Highly recommend!

Popped in on my way to Gloucester for a quick coffee and a cake, lovely vibrant atmosphere, gorgeous cake and lovely accommodating staff. I will be back for a proper meal :)

I have just run my first silversmithing WMMsilver workshop at Trumpet Corner for six ladies to make a sterling silver ring and bangle. The separate workshop worked really well with the tearoom nearby and offered everything I needed with enough space, light and heat. The catering is outstanding - starting off with gorgeous coffee, with a choice of light lunches (veggie and gluten free options too) and in the afternoon hot drinks and cakes/scones served by lovely friendly staff and freshly baked. Jo, the owner, has worked hard to make this a welcoming haven and hosts some incredible artists' and craftspeople's work together with other craft workshops. Definitely worth a visit for a cream tea and wander around and if you fancy your hand at silversmithing, I'll be back to deliver more. Thank you Jo! Super fun!

I can safely say that I have fallen in love with the Trumpet Tea Rooms. The staff are fantastic, the food and drink excellent and the unique ambiance of the location and the art makes the whole experience one of complete relaxation. Cannot recommend enough x

Absolutely wonderful gluten free afternoon tea on Wednesday. All freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Really nice staff with just the right level of attention to make us feel at home but not harassed.

Will definitely be back!
