The strap broke on my daughters Trunki as I was getting off the plane, I emailed customer service asking if they sell spares when they replied they asked for a photo of the broken part and my home address. When I got home there was the spare part and they had emailed how to change it, this is great customer service.

Super fast delivery of our Inky the Octopus swimming bag! Seems to be really good quality and lovely bright colours, can’t wait for my daughter to have it for her birthday!

So impressed with the service from these guys. Emailed with a broken wheel courtesy of First Choice and they sent a brand new wheel next day! So chuffed! Thanks again �

My kid loves packing his Trunki, and it fits so many things, from books to toys and clothing. We lost our strap in transit and customer service couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Wholeheartedly recommend!

I love my sons Trunki! We recently needed a new lock on it and Addie, our Trunki customer service helper was the best ever!! Went out of their way to help us including sending a replacement lock and stickers to ‘Mr Gruffalo’!! Really helpful. Couldn’t of asked for anything more.

I brought a trunki for my daughter in 2016 and have used it on many occasions. One of the hinges on the trunki broke recently so I emailed the trunki customer services and explained what happened also sending photos of evidence. They emailed me back on the same day and said they will send me a new trunki. The customer service I thought was fantastic and very polite.

The quality of the trunki is very good. My daughter likes to play with it at home as well.

Bought Frank the Fire Engine Truck for our son and he absolutely loves it, he has been playing with it for hours and sits on it to watch tv, who thought suitcases were just for holidays. Received it quickly too.

Hello I already tracked the package at dpd with the tracking No. 15505982702009 A and it is in Miami and already passed customs since Monday. Nevertheless it is in miami since Monday, it appears that it is scheduled to be delivered on Friday, oct 20. I am very complicated because I am leaving the hotel at Miami on Thurday evening and if the parcel does not get here I won't be able to get it. Can you please help me to speed up the delivery for Wednesday or Thursday morning?





I would appreciate so much if you can help me otherwise i will loose my package since I don't have any way to get it to Chile (where i live) once i catch my plane on Thursday.

I've since been told that they don't have the parts needed for my order with no idea as to when I should expect it. I've emailed today for an update to no response as of yet. I now face the dilemma that this was ordered for a birthday which is on Monday, given this is a custom order no refund will be issued either so not a very happy customer!
