My engagement ring is pretty special. My Fiancé's Grandfather bought it for his Grandma and then his Grandma gave it to his Sister who I loved very much.



Sadly, we lost Lauren 2 years ago. Knowing how much I loved her, and the funny story behind the reason why Lolly was in possession of the ring in the first place his Grandmother and his Mother gifted it to him to be passed to me when he proposed. I was overwhelmed when it was given to me and you can imagine how sad I was when the diamond fell out.



I took it in a box to Truscotts, who couldn't believe I had been carrying it around so loosely (whoops!) And they took a look. After talking me through the options of how they could fix it, they explained the different settings they could do, showed me how they would look and sent me away with it safely packaged this time.



I didn't want to change it without speaking to Grandma so I told her what had happened and she gave her blessing.



I took it in, again discussed what we would do and then I left it in their capable hands for just over a week.



It is perfect! I'm so pleased with it.

It took no time at all for Bugzy to work his magic, there is no telling that anything has been done other than it fits perfectly and is so clean and sparkly now! I cannot thank Lee enough, I had to have a very precious, sentimental ring cut off due to an allergic reaction, my friend recommended him, and within half an hour my ring was back where it belonged, I am truly great full.
