Asbestos survey of a domestic property carried out last week identified an insulating board used as a packer beneath the Tie Beam. The board was tested and it has came back positive as AIB (Asbestos Insulating Board). If you see any of these in your loft space please don't disturb them & get in touch so we can test them and advise accordingly.
Next time your standing outside your house, have a look at your gable end, look up & if you see a grey sheet underneath your ridge tiles. Chances are they are most likely to be asbestos cement.
