Unless you have paid for a door to door service your shipment will terminate at the relevant airport/port and the consignee will be responsible for arranging customs clearance and collection from there. Very friendly service over the phone, the driver Stephen was also friendly and well informed of what the company does and can do.

My 10 large boxes were collected on Sunday and arrived at Larnaca Airport in Cyprus on Wednesday. The boxes were not damaged at all!



I recommend Tudor services!

My experience with Tudor Freight was excellent and I would recommend them to others looking to move their belongings overseas. My shipment involved moving fourteen boxes of personal effects, including a bicycle, from London to Ottawa. I had not shipped personal effects before, so my first concern was to decide on the mode of transport and understand how the cost would be calculated, in order to compare Tudor to other companies. Tudor's employees were patient on the phone and gave me all the information I asked for. I subsequently confirmed their prices were reasonable. At my request, my items were collected in two instalments, three weeks apart, and Tudor held them for me for a further month free of charge, also at my request, while I moved and found a new apartment. My effects arrived on the day agreed and in good condition, and the cost was also as agreed. I cannot rate Tudor Freight comparatively, since I do not have experience of other moving companies, but I was very satisfied with the service I received and felt confident my belongings were being handled well throughout.

I’m really satisfied with Tudor Air Freight Service. Where I had to sent all my personal belongings from the UK to Indonesia. All the required procedure are clear, the driver came on time to pick up all the boxes, all of the items arrived faster than it was expected and most importantly whenever there are problems, Tudor staff are willing to help until it was resolved. Have recommended this freight service to some of my friends and will definitely use Tudor again in the future. Thank you

I was extremely impressed and pleased with the service Tudor Freight provided for my relocation from UK to Israel. The initial customer service was very informative, the driver arrived on time and was very pleasant and helpful (tip: Sundays are their own driver and he weighs and measures the packages on spot, weekdays they send a courier service and weigh the package/suitcases later at the warehouse, either way free collection nationwide), the information provided on the shipment and airway bills was sent a few days later by email and of course the final outcome of the goods arriving in good condition without any damages was great! Had to ship about 65 kg personal effects from London to California, contacted about 10 different companies.



Got a number of extremely varying quotes, from GBP290 to GBP1,400! Most were for sea shipment (6 to 8 weeks) too. Some companies couldn't even give a ball park price asking me first to fill out an itemized questionnaire that looked more like a job application for an astronaut. Crazy really.



Dealing with Tom and Stephen from Tudor was like a breath of fresh air. Door to door price was quoted per kilo, they also helped with repacking for a nominal fee. Collection completed super fast and luggage reached me within 5 days! No problems at all.



I can say that the price I paid wasn't the lowest, but the quality of service was completely worth it. Remarkable, to the point and extremely efficient. Thank you very much gents!

They are always contactable, you deal with the same staff who understand your requirements; they actually answer the phone promptly and personally, a great rarity nowadays. Where can I start with this company? after many weeks of searching i came accross this page, piercing through the haze of confusion, i saw their logo and though to myself 'these people seem professional', i also gave the reviews a quick read and it felt right, so i bit the bullet and decided to go with you. WAS I WRONG, in hindsight i should have let that bullet go through my head. So anybody reading this please be wary



My packages have become a myth, lost somewhere in this world, hopefully this companys good reviews also become a myth along with my packages. The hidden fees are also another nice element of this little operation they have going, and this was a couple of hundred pounds of hidden charges.

Lost so much money because of this companies inability to tell the truth, if you have a deadline or you are shipping anything of value or something you don't want damaged then go elsewhere. Telling me my kit was on flights that didn't even exist!

Honestly their customer service were good I dealt with Tom and he was helpful and supportive so he deserves 5 stars. But the reason I chose to give Tudor 1 star is because of the following remarks:-







First i was told that the pick up time is between 12 to 5pm and all the stuff should be on the ground floor for the driver to collect. I live in an apartment on the 5th floor and our building policy doesn't allow us to leave anything unattended so I took 9 boxes down stairs around 1pm and waited till 4:30 just sitting and when I called the company they told me the driver is on the way which he finally arrived around 5:45. So basically I was sitting downstairs for almost 5 hours and yet he arrived after the given time.







The second thing is as most people mentioned I had to pay an extra hidden fees of almost £200 to clear the stuff from destination and yet it's too complicated to clear them as you should do all the customs work (airline fee, local customs fee, clearance fee and new account fee).



So my advise is to deal with a trusted door to door company as you will end up you will end up paying the same amount but hassle free.

Had extra charges applied for goods shipped to Zimbabwe. These were never stated by the reps. Despite asking them more than once if there would be any further charges applied besides what they had charged us. Never again.
