We are currently looking for Full and Part Time taxi drivers to join our team at Tudor Cars. We are a well established taxi company based primarily in Rickmansworth and Chorleywood.
The work that we offer is based in Chorleywood, Amersham, Chesham, Rickmansworth, Watford, Harefield and Chalfont.
We also do accept bookings from Beaconsfield, Uxbridge, Kings Langley, St Albans and Hemel on occasion and you may be asked to travel to these areas.
... At Tudor Cars our office staff understand the importance of the drivers role inside the company. They have an extensive 80 years collective knowledge of the taxi industry and of the local area. We understand how drivers play a vital role in our company and we reward these drivers for their presentation, cleanliness of your vehicle and any good reviews received.
We are offering competitive rent rates to suit your schedule with 3 different shift patterns available. We offer our drivers the option to work either 2/4/6 days for the best rent rates vs expected income.
Looking to just work the weekend? No Problem! Our weekends are NOT affected by UBER our Head Office is located outside of their allowed pick up zone.
Drivers will be expected to travel daily to any of the major London Airports including South End Airport and Farnborough Airport. We also would ask drivers to travel up to but not limited to 100 + miles in a single journey for our local customer and account holders.
New drivers will be expected to have a suitable Car in compliance with Three Rivers Guidelines, The Relevant Taxi Insurance *We do not accept 30 Day Cover Notes. Copy of UK Driving License, Copy of Three Rivers Badge, Plate, and all 3 Paper Certs.
We would also like to welcome anyone looking to become a registered taxi driver or start a new career in the industry. Our staff are able to give some good advice on the process that will help you through the process of becoming a Tudor Cars Driver.

The driver picked us up from the motorway after an emergency break down and was patient, calm and comforting in a stressful situation trying to get to our sister’s graduation on time. He loaded and unloaded the car, found a lost phone and was courteous and friendly the whole journey, even wishing my sister luck in her ceremony and telling her not to worry. We couldn’t have asked for a better service and the driver was truly an asset to Tudor cars!

Thank you for excellent, efficient journeys both ways for our flights at Stansted. Added an extra special smoothness to our holiday!

Smooth pickup at Heathrow. Good sms contact as soon as we landed (reassuring driver is there!). Helpful with luggage. All good.

Really great company, reliable, efficient, polite drivers with clean and comfortable cars. I travel each week to the Heathrow Airport and without a Personal Assistant, I have to put my requests in to the office myself. So many times, I have provided them with wrong information, and they always rectify my request without any fuss . . .thanks a million to Howard, Faz, Carl and the rest of the team.

I would like to thank all at Tudor Cars for saving the day yesterday. I broke down on the M25 whilst taking my uncle to Heathrow airport which was pretty stressful (burnt out clutch). I luckily found Tudor Cars on Google search and explained the situation to the guy who answered the phone. He assured me that he would have a car with me within 20mins so not to worry. Amazingly, 20 minutes later the car arrived on the hard shoulder, the driver was calm and polite and my uncle made it safely to Heathrow and caught his flight back to OZ.

I have had several very good journeys recently with Tudor Cars; prompt and friendly. Tahir (745), Friday's driver, gave me a drink of water on the way home, which was very welcome after a hard day. I've never had that on the way home from the airport.

I am very happy to give Tudor Cars my highest possible recommendation. Being no longer able to drive, I use them regularly.

Their admin and office staff are very helpful and efficient, the cars are spotless and shining, the drivers could not be more courteous or more kind in all ways.

I do believe Chorleywood is very fortunate to have Tudor Cars looking after us and I would like to thank all of the staff for their care and attention.

Had a journey with Akmal from Gatwick back to Chorleywood. Really personable and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. You get sms confirmations - prebooked arrived 5 min early. Driver loaded luggage and on arrival unloaded them. Cars spotless and very comfortable. Use them all the time, never been let down, great value for money . Tried others but they cannot beat Tudor Cars’s service. Highly recommended.

Excellent service today on airport run (Chorleywood to Luton) for family. 4am pickup went perfectly - on time, polite, good car. Tahir was a star - we recommend him!

Adie and the team were amazing today. There was an accident on the road and rather than not sending anyone, they came up with an alternative route. Adie was very friendly and a great driver. 100% will be recommending to others and thank you again.

A very efficient and courteous driver from Tudor cars waited an inordinate length of time for us as we suffered a ridiculous delay in being reunited with our luggage after a terrible British Airways flight from Accra,Ghana. The driver was extremely patient and his pleasant demeanour helped reduce a little of the immense stress British Airways had subjected us to. I highly recommend Tudor cars ,Rickmansworth.

Our Tudor cab was 20 minutes late for a 4.30am ride to the airport, and the driver needed directions to Heathrow. !! A stressful start to our short break. We shall not be using Tudor again.

Ordered a 6 seater for the family to travel together to Watford a four seater turns up and says oh sorry they well send another car

So we couldn’t travel together 2 of us stayed to wait for another taxi which was on its way -15 minutes later a six seater turns up to take the 2 of us
