Great shop to get a holiday all the girls very helpful. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

Having booked already for a Caribbean cruise with Thompson in Clacton where I live..I searched online for their phone number to make an enquiry for friends who wanted to join us.
Their details came up with a large box marked "Call"
That's very convenient I thought so I tapped "Call"
But instead of having this call included in my mobile phone inclusive minutes , this box marked "Call" had connected me through a premium call charge line....so my enquiry call cost me almost £4.00 instead of nothing.
Yes if you read further down the page it says it's a 0845 number.. but it's so easy to click on the large "Call" box without noticing this.
Not happy at all.
