That way, the clients can order 24 /7 and the translators can translate whenever the orders are available - so 24 /7 as well (and yes, they sometimes like working in the middle of the night). We verify all of our translators, so the clients can rest assured that the final texts are always good quality. We optimize the process, so that the client would get a ready translation as soon as possible, without having to push the translators to work faster - they can take as much time as they need (but not a minute longer! ). We take care of client acquisition, all the formalities like billing, and we provide customer support at the highest level, to keep both our clients and our translators (and ourselves, of course) happy.
