Limited menu choice on Sunday, but if all you're looking for after a big walk is a decent Sunday roast at a reasonable price then it's spot on. It's a really welcoming place and the staff are really friendly.
Came here for lunch with friends. Fab steak and ale pie, brilliant service and magic, friendly craic and No, I'm not Irish! This lovely pub is the best. I've asked my kids for vouchers for Christmas so we can visit again. Keep up the good work
Had great 3 night stay here. Ate dinner each evening, that too was fab. Friendly service and unusual needs were met without issue.

Set in a picturesque village, the Turks head offers a wide selection of food at very reasonable prices. Service was excellent, food was delicious, and would thoroughly recommend. The only gotcha being that spaces are somewhat limited - totally understandable for the size of the place. Worth phoning ahead if you are a large party though, or you might find yourself Sat in the garden!
Pleasant atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff and delicious cost efficient meals - an additional plus was it is also pet friendly

Fair amount of choice. Very nice beer garden with little children's park, bar area is a bit small. Food is very nice.
