TYRE BLOW-OUT!
This is why it is important when checking your tyres tread to make sure you also check for cracking not only on the outside of the sidewall but the inside too!
Especially when your tyre has been low while driving as this causes the sidewall to break down.
... This is the result of poor maintenance.. very lucky to not have lost control and only needs a new tyre.
