Looking for a quick and convenient meal? How about our Pork Parcels, Pork Tenderloin filled with Black Pudding and Sweet Apple Chutney. Simply cook for 30 minutes on a baking tray in a pre-heated Oven at 180°C - Delicious!

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice butcher to work 38 hours per week. The successful candidate, working alongside our experienced team of master butchers both in our shop and cutting and processing unit, will be given the opportunity to learn the necessary skills to become a fully qualified butcher and to develop skill sets that will allow them to become one of the country's best young apprentice butchers, competing in national competitions.
TH...E ROLE
Cutting, Boning and preparing meat. Processing meat. Stock control. Create meat displays. Prepare customer orders. Serve customers and advise them on meat cookery. Answering the telephone. Fill counters and fixtures with stock. Wash down and clean relevant areas. Complete relevant record keeping.
YOU
Have a passion for customer service and understand the importance of always putting the customer first. Are friendly and personable, well presented and with a good telephone manner. Have excellent written and oral communication skills. Have a can-do attitude with the confidence and ability to use your initiative. Are a very organised individual. Are willing to learn and have a real commitment to your own personal development. Have ambition to become one of the country's best young butchers.
