We came for the weekend popped in stayed all Friday night and most of Saturday night the staff are so friendly loved it shame we can't come every weekend

Very good value for money at happy hour! Great atmosphere and food smelt amazing.

This place is my all time favourite! Every dish I've tried here is amazing and the staff are great. Thoroughly recommend! �

The waiter took an interest in us and how our day had been and the food was delicious. We felt welcome, and that made it a great dining experience. I didn't get the waiter's name but he was Irish, and deserves a pat on the back. (No pun intended.)

Nat, Dave, Sophie and Adam were awesome!! Usually I am so critical I can always find a fault! Turtle Bay Leeds was flawless. The food was so tasty, fresh and just heaven on a plate!! Food was quickly served with a huge smile and didn't take long to arrive atal! Our cocktails were just Wow!! And being 2 4 1 how could u go wrong. The staff had a very good vibe with each other which allowed the whole place to flow as it should with profession and banter!!! Ambiance was just fantastic we had such a good time and can not wait to go back!!! Never will I come to Leeds again and not pop in. The place is a gem....worth 10stars the atmosphere so good I felt I was abroad!!!��� Take care guys.....untill next time ���

Great food, good value for money and 2-4-1 on cocktails on certain nights of the week! What's not to love?

Looking at two of the latest comments kinda makes me laugh me and my partner love it here ... The food we have had there was lovely and all the staff are very friendly and accommodating this place has become a bit of a regular spot for us and feel guilty if we go elsewhere ... I would highly reccomend this place to any1 looking for a place to eat that is not over priced and a chilled relaxed atmosphere ... I could go on all day about how much i enjoy going... Really cannot fault turtle bay in leeds

If there were 6 stars I would give them , had a chilled afternoon here gorgeous food and great cocktails ! The staff are exceptional Natalie looked after us perfectly even explained how the rum is made and was the perfect host , the rest of the team were fab also checking on us regularly and very friendly ! Well done guys this represents exactly how a bar should be

I honestly can’t recommend this place enough !! ... me and my other half usually get it too take away which he picks up on the way home from work due to us having children and not much free time for date nights ... but last night we did have a date night so decided to eat in ... the staff were so lovely and friendly and actually took the time to have a conversation that wasn’t forced ... we laughed and joked together ... he recommended a gorgeous cocktail ... the food was fast and beautiful.. we well and truly stuffed our faces ... I would highly advise you order the jerk platter to share and if you download the app you are rewarded with a free starter ... and the rice and peas I could just live off !!!



We will 100% be back soon !!!

Went on bank holiday Monday food lovely cocktails yummy service was very good only downside was a little squashed on the outside tables but will be back �

Had the curry and it was superb ... waiter helped explain the strength of spice and equivalent . .. service pretty quick and friendly.. . Only slight downside is it felt a little too 'open plan'... but definitely visit again

Atmosphere was buzzing (6pm) but unfortunately our Long Island iced teas were way too sour� we did tell a member of staff but just a ‘oh’ was all we got � shame really �

Ok been here before and cocktails and food were good so went back for an early drink. Crap experience thanks to one of your barmen! First of all we were told when we asked for espresso martinis that they had run out of coffee mix so could not have (at 6.40pm. wow!) So yeh ordered a "tease me" each. While he was starting these a colleague asked him to make her two also. He then proceeded to blend enough that filled 2 glasses and three quarters of a third glass...the two full glasses went to his colleagues customer! Am sorry, are you not meant to be serving us? This was just plain bad manners in my opinion. He then proceeded to blend further drinks that filled the remaining glass and a fourth and threw the rest away! Well the "rest" must have contained my rum...and coconut! Because while hubby's was fine mine tasted like a bland vanilla milkshake. When we took them back andyour barman tasted them he smacked his lips together seconds before saying "yeh it is there" meaning there was a hint of rum somewhere. This is not what I paid for. I do NOT pay for 241 cocktails where one is fine and the other contains dregs! He clearly could taste that the second one had no flavour whatsoever. I took them back where luckily one of your waitresses asked me immediately if everything was ok and advised me she wld sort it and got us another two drinks. This time my husband said he cld instantly taste coconut when he cld not in the previous one. Turtle bay do not become sloppy and do not assume that because you are offering 2-4-1 cocktails that you can short-change your customers with mediocre drinks, DONT allow your customers to see the bartenders dispose of half a blender full of drink which possibly contains half the alcohol? and don't allow your bartenders to serve his colleagues customers drinks before his own! It's plain RUDE! luckily you had a fantastic waitress and professional cocktail waitress who rectified the situation!

Gutted by our total experience for my daughters 17th birthday (her chosen venue as we love it here)

The waitress handed me the card machine to pay £40.35 , asked me to put my pin in , which I did , then she said I must of pressed another button because it has just took £403 from my account .

I was so shocked , she got the manager, said it will take up to 7 days to go in my account, and also I realised he had given me £320 back and not £360 , which I had to sort out .

Totally ruined my daughter s and my weekend .

Will never go there again.

The manager said it's not the first time this has happened.
