went there today for my daughters birthday,great start 2 for 1 cocktails,food so tasty and enjoyable,staff were really great,definately recommend and go back,need one in Reading please,thanks for a great meal,had to take desert away far too full up

Went with friends for happy hour and the 2 for 1 cocktails went down a treat. The bar staff were great, there were bottles being flipped in all directions! ������

Went to turtle bay this weekend we were out late with little ones and told there was going to be a bit of a wait, so we decided as it was late we would go elsewhere. The member of staff dealing with the booking ran after us to call us back as a table for 6 had become available. We sat down got served straight away, our waitress spoke to all of our children about their weekend, what we had been doing and when we said about us looking to move to the area we got told areas, schools, where not to go and so on. If we ever wanted help pop in and see the staff. The boys loved it, meals were amazing and drinks were out of this world.

I would go back to turtle bay Southampton any day, can not wait to move more local to visit more.

Visited Soton Turtle Bay on Wed the 11th.The food we had was fantastic I have to say but what let this experience down was the service.At 4.30 pm it wasn’t busy but we had to wait 10 mins for drinks order and then it came in two batches.Two beers first then another 10 mins for a glass of wine and two soft drinks.Our orders came out all together but not the side orders,after asking three times my wife’s order of fries came out after she had finished her meal.There was a change over of staff at this time so I imagine the guy serving us wanted to get away and didn’t pay attention to our order.But in the end we didn’t pay for the fries or pay a service charge so alls well that ends well.Our party of five will return at some point because we enjoy the food so much.

The most delicious pot meals ever. And the garlic prawns are a great starter but make sure you like spicy food! Yummy

Love turtle bay have been to the Winchester one previously and Southampton one yesterday. I plan to try every rum on the menu and had my first rum sharing board yesterday!

I absolutely love turtle bay, it’s one of my best places to go, food, cocktails, all of it amazing. However on my last visit, sitting outside trying to enjoy my food and drink, for a birthday, and we had children with us. the only Criticism I will have is in the space of about a hour, about 6 ‘homeless’ people worked their way around every table outside asking for money. Plz note, I will help anyone who I believe is genuinely homeless, I’m sorry but these ppl were not homeless and looked liked they were just after a few quid for their next fix. I have been going there for years and never experienced it quite that bad, and to be fair to the staff, they looked just as fed up as we did at the never ending line of ppl coming in and appreciate it’s not the restaurants fault. Just nothing worse than as ur taking a mouth full of ur goat curry ur being asked for any loose change for the 6th time

Had am amaizing time x Daniel x the team were great we danced x go along with all staff x customers ...yeah good night especially as it was a Monday ! X

First experience of Caribbean food and a great one at that! Service from our waitress Leah was super quick and smiley, she also threw in an excellent little doodle of a turtle on our bill which was appreciated! ��

Always leave with a full belly! Service is exceptional.

Was ok. Curry sauce was runny. Powdery to taste. Prawns over cooked. Gave it fair due to price. Service was good too.

Went to Turtlebay on Saturday load of shit to expensive poor service can’t say no more

Went here as my daughter had her graduation and she said how good this place was. Well starters came and were nice. A hour later our main turned up two of which were stone cold. To be fair the waitress was apoplectic and rushed of her feet as there was only a couple of them and it was very busy. They did give up 40 pound of our bill which was a nice gesture but as a celebration this place let me down. Shame.
