The service was really good and the food was so full of flavour, the koko colada definately woke me up. Will definately come here again!!!

Have to say we haven’t ever eaten there. However the cocktails and happy hour are fab. It’s a regular girlie treat once a month 🍸🍹

I visited Winchester branch a couple of weeks ago and I love turtle bay so was looking forward to it but I have to say I was disaapointed. We ordered a beach food platter to share and it took a while but that didn't bother us to much but when I bit into the flatbread it was cold. I touched some of the other bits to realise it was all cold!!! We sent it back and quite quickly it came back out and was steaming.. perfect... but I soon realised all they had done was chuck it in the microwave! The flatbread with a bite out if it was still on the board. I was not expecting to have a microwave meal but I didn't have the time to send back again because I had a train to catch.

Came here for my birthday, had a party of 6 at 6:30PM. The service was slow and the attitudes perhaps weren’t the best.

Two people ordered drinks in the two for one cocktail deal and took about 30 minutes to arrive. Another two people ordered drinks still in the same deal time allotted, they took about 40 minutes and arrived after dinner was served. One meal was missing sides ordered, another had extra mystery sides not ordered (which we were billed for) At the check back we mentioned the sides and drinks still missing, we eventually received these missing items. We didn’t pay the discretionary service charge, did however pay for the extra non ordered sides (well we did eat them)

Shame really because the food was genuinely good.

Go to Southampton Turtle Bay would be my advice.
