Went for lunch yesterday. Loved it. We usually go to turtle bay in Bristol so was a nice change. The girl serving was amazing. So helpful and happy. Tried Caribbean pimms need to find recipe for that wow!

Was treated to a Birthday meal there on Thursday, the restaurant was busy, our waitress BETHANY was brilliant, very attentive, and reminded use when it was 10mins to the end of 2 4 1 cocktails - she needn't of worried, we were on top of that! The food was amazing, and would thoroughly recommend!���

Visiting several Times here..Happy Hours Cocktails lush. Bar service was awsom the way they mix special. We had whatever they made mix...love to come back again....again..&..

The food was amazing! Staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend. Also try the coconut water! I love the way they bring your dishes in a saucepan etc. Also they bring the coconut water in a coconut how amazing. This place is very unique.

Nick and joey were on the bar today really enjoyed it, so polite and had a good laugh. Can’t wait to come back �

My friends and I had a great time there yesterday.

At one point, one of my friends had just sat down with 2 new cocktails and 1 got knocked over. One of the barman was straight on the case, not only cleaning it up but a new cocktail to replace the spilt one....free of charge! Fab service. Fab atmosphere all afternoon.

Lovely evening with my hubby for our anniversary been lots of times. Food is great and we love 2 for 1 on cocktails. Going again as our 3 kids enjoy the food and non alcoholic cocktails. �

If you're going to eat here, you'll be expecting hot spicy food and that's what you'll get. The night I went, the restaurant had a nice ambiance (Busy; people talking; a couple of birthday parties.). A table for ten had been booked, but there was no pressure to order immediately. Our waitress brought drinks to the table (Cocktails; beer; lager), then took the food orders and delivered the food. Nobody on the table was disappointed by the food they received (From spicy chicken wings, jerk chicken to goat curry.) A very nice experience, which I shall repeat soon.

Had an amazing day in bath decided to pop in turtle bay. Been served by joey and nick all day had lovely smiles and a great laugh will be returning Saturday to carry on the fun x

Great selection of rum, great bartenders and great atmosphere make this a must see place! Haven't tried the food yet but it's next on the list, the king prawns look incredible!

Couldn’t commend Becky enough. It was her 4th shift and the bar was incredibly busy and she did incredible! Incredible customer service!! Wish We could say more for the manager or senior member of staff on the bar next to her who was rude and dismissive to multiple customers. She even looked at us and said “I could punch him in the face”. Perhaps the manager could take advice from Becky?

Been to the one in Manchester & the fab experience was the same here. Nailed the 2 for 1 cocktails. The food was excellent. If you don't like a lot of noise then not the place for you.

After a day out in bath shopping my sister erika and I wasent sure where to eat. We came across turtle bay and they have just opened a new restaurant in swansea so we thought we would give it a try. Must say it was amazing food was lovely and the staff were very friendly.. We Will be trying out the swansea branch soon.

We went to the turtle Bay in bath, we had a lovely watress and also chatted to the manager who actually made our mind up about coming in and we glad we did, very lovely service and couldn't ask for a nicer manager running the place x

We did not have to wait long for a table food was saved quite quickly by a nice waitress and was deliciously tasty.

The marking is for the cocktails, they are fantastic, and at 2 4 1 a good deal too. Maybe I should try and eat there one day too, and if the weather is nice they have outside seating too.

We had lovely cocktails. The bar tender was really good. However we sat outside and the table was uneven and one drink fell into my partners lap so we had to leave.

We had a great Christmas do due to our humour and banter, but the service was not the best, the food was ok, and confusion with the bill that got sorted in the end!! However, it would be an idea to maybe have a uniform for you waitresses!!.....cos one of them had her veluptuous cleavage on display which to be fair wasn’t appreciated whilst serving our food!! Behind the bar maybe, but not as a waitress!! Sort it out people!! There’s a time and a place for cleavage, just not when having a meal!!!��.......will be back at later date to see if changes have been made!! �

Went tonight with friends, one who had been loads of times. She ordered cocktails and found something hard in it, we told the waitress who replaced them, no apology or anything. Main course food was good, ordered cheesecake for dessert which was tasteless, so sent it back, my friend told the waitress she was really disappointed in the service, she couldn't have cared less. Waitress spoke too manager, who couldn't even be bothered to come speak to us.

I wouldn't bother to go here, try somewhere they give a toss.

We sat in a small room of the main area. It was very cold & the service was very slow! The disabled toilet was difficult to get into on my small electric mobility scooter as a table was too close to the door, high chairs were stacked against the wall so the door couldn’t fully open. There was a trolley with a baby changing tray on top in the toilet so hardly any room. I couldn’t turn my scooter around & had to reverse very carefully to get out!

Toilets absolutely disgusting....smelly and dirty! under staffed ....no tables being cleared! Would not recommend it.

The waitress came back and said we had be out by 7 because of another booking so we didn't even have time to have deserts or another drink anyway. Terrible customer service...

WE went Saturday night. You need to sort your toilets out !!. When I go to the toilet particularly in a Restaurant, I do not want to be hit with the stench of stale urine when I open the door. I see from previous comments this was mentioned back in at September. Yet you appear to have ignored the complaints and not addressed them.. Shame on you TURTLE BAY Bath !!

These have got to be the worst cocktails ever� sour tasting and cheap alcohol. I did complain just so they were aware only to be told that the drinks are of good quality lol �

Rudest bar staff ever totally shocked that staff would speak to a customer like this.. would rate this zero if it were possible will never be returning such a shame because before this point I’d always had good service

My friend booked a table for 10 of us, for a mums Christmas Meal, we waited and waited, eventually I went and asked, they came over and disappeared again 15mins later, we asked again 3rd time lucky someone took our orders. Then we were over charged considerably, which was rectified, but still not what you'd want on a pre booked/pretty ordered meal or any other time.
