Turtle Bay Northampton

We went on Saturday 20 January for my Partner's Birthday. We had a lovely meal and cocktails and this is the second time I have been to the restaurant. It was very busy and the service was excellent, food arrived very swiftly and the food and cocktails were great. We are definitely going again soon love this place it's got a buzz and prices are realistic. I would recommend Turtle Bay to anyone amazing 👍🍹🍹🍸😃

We went last night for my husbands birthday with our 2 daughters and our son in law. We had a fabulous night. Food was excellent our waitress ( the lady with blue hair) was so lovely friendly smiley and very efficient. Lovely cocktails. We will definitely be going back ���

This place is simply lush! �Great atmosphere & good vibes all around, fantastic service and friendly staff with some fab music and most delicious food in town! I’ve had an amazing goat curry, duck pitta wrap and lemon dessert - simply super tasty!!! � ��� cheek out the plates & dishes ���

The staff were lovely, the food was delicious. People have said its not authentic and maybe it wasn't as hot as it would be in the Caribbean but people would moan if it was! And there was plenty of Aunt May's for those who need an extra kick � We'll be going back.

Such good customer service and staff happy to help. Unfortunately my friend is a fussy eater the manager was very professional and was happy to adjust our bill. Thank you

Loved it we are pensioners and went with our family staff lovely and very polite and assortment of food for anyone's taste I don't normally drink had a lovely rum cocktail called the teaser can't wait to go back

Love the food � we will definitely coming back to try other dish, ashamed that the goat � curry � wasn’t at the menu today but will come back and try it next time as many people recommended to try as it is very delicious � apparently ��������

Love Turtle Bay and the Northampton site lives up to expectations and beyond. Great food, atmosphere and service last nice (Hannah btw is a credit to you) so thanks for making it a great evening! Will be back again soon!

Food and cocktails were delicious, atmosphere was lovely. Our evening however was completely made by our awesome, funny and friendly server Pete!

First time at the one in Northampton and loved it. The Decor was amazing including the toilets, it was like being on the set of "Death In Paradise". Everyone was very friendly and helpful, our waitress PENNY was FANTASTIC, she helped me with my choice of cocktail, starters and main, could not ask for anyone better. Went on 17/02/18 and will be back soon ����

Dined here last Saturday night with 5 friends and although a busy night, our table was greeted with a welcoming smile throughout the night by all of the staff. Our waitress (with the amazing purple hair and tattoo’s) looked after us throughout, again always with a smile and checking we were ok, even apologising when our last drink order was delayed due to the bar being busy. The curried goat tasted great (much better than Turtle Bay in MK) and the atmosphere was very Caribbean - warm, great music and very chilled. Will definitely recommend and be back soon!

Went in with no booking. Busy but polite staff. Service could be more prompt but not an issue. A mix up with the order. It was sorted and had free drinks to apologise. So not bad. Food OK.

We went early evening. The service was great and the food good. The portion sizes were a nice surprise and the chilli squid awesome. Would recommend trying.

It's to big to be a restaurant, an hour an half wait some food was cold and a meal was missed of are order and had to wait another 30 minutes for it to come.

We always go to the one in MK and thought we would try our local one for Valentines Day, I wish we hadn’t ..... table booked for 7.30pm no sign of main course by 9.50pm , no sign of waitress to apologise for delays or offer to get another drink even though they passed the table a few times.... we decided to do the set menu so starters came and the Jerk chicken wings were vile - they were plain tasting and very fatty , beef patty - very dry ....... so that’s it , that was my meal on Valentines night as we couldn’t wait any longer for our main due to having a babysitter. A very big shame as we visit MK a lot and never had issues.

The door supervisor black, bearded John Atlas has unprotected sex with many girls who each believe thet are in serious relationship with him- as young as 17 (he's 27) he is actively, for many months, purposely giving infection and trying to get them pregnant. Don't go here you'll get nothing but lies and sti's!!!!

Simply put just dont go waited 2 hours for food which when came was cold and some didnt even come . But luckily there was 16 of us and had a fun time with out the food for our beautiful friends birthday. Would never eat there again will say one thing, waiters are doing a fine job the kitchen is just letting them down very badly.

Don't waste your time - appalling place. Poor management and it's so bad you can hear the staff in the back shouting at each other. Whoever manages this place....you need to go get yourself a job you are actually capable of doing. The turn around of food is slow, lots missing from the menu and the food is stale. Don't touch the cheesecake on the menu - it's sour as in off! Husband thinks he's got food poisoning from it and waiting for tests...
