Telephoned at 5.30PM to say my TV wasn't working and I needed a new one. By 6.15PM they had delivered and installed a new one. Fab service and aftercare. This is a great local business.

Top service from these guys. They had in stock about the last chrome cast in North Yorkshire,and kept it behind the desk for me.

Bought second hand 1200 spin Bosch washing machine for my apartment for £200. They delivered it for free to my first floor apartment (centre of Malton) for no additional charge. Only fault is a slight odour to the detergent dispenser which looks like it needs to be replaced and residue inside the door seal.
Have now owned washing machine for three years. Still runs fine.

Delighted to discover that TVC Electrical are able to put all of our old VHS home videos onto DVD's!!! We have laughed so much watching them…some go back as far as 1990 so if you are ready for a cringe moment and a great belly laugh have a sort out and get all of those unwatchable home videos dusted off.

I bought a TV 2 days before Christmas as my old one died a death - as I was in such a panic about not having a TV for the grandchildren over Christmas Gavin (the owner) and his wife delivered said TV after they finished work for the day on the same day that I had bought it - now that is what I call service! They called out and installed it, connecting up my dvd and Sky and then showed me how to use this (and all this at no extra cost I might add!!). I will definitely use them again in the future. Many thanks to everyone at TVC, I had very happy grandchildren with my shiny new Smart TV!
