This is the second silhouette papercut I have had from twenty fingers and I just want to say how amazing their work is. The first one was of my husband and our children and we loved it. The second one was of my mum and dad on their wedding day and I wanted it to be perfect because we lost our mum a year ago, when it arrived I couldn't believe it, they had captured every little detail in my mums face, her wedding dress and even the way she held her hand in the picture. We gave it to my dad on Christmas Day and he loved it. He's put it up on the wall and it looks amazing, everyone that sees it think it's fantastic. I bought a framed paper cut photo of my daughter's dog, for her and her partners Christmas present and it was excellent quality, well worth the money. Not only that but twenty fingers kept you up to date with how the order was progressing etc. & even emailed you a preview of how your photo will look before they completed the order, just in case you wanted to change anything.

Would definitely buy from twenty fingers again, and would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered an item shortly before Christmas and was impressed that the team was in touch straight away to say they were working on my item and that I would receive a proof a couple of days later. In fact the proof was sent via email the next day and I loved it straight away so approved it. The gift was sent in the post a few days later. I have ordered 6 items, two dog portraits and four family trees and they've all arrived within the allotted time and they've all been fantastic. I had been trying to find something like this for ages and was having no luck with the usual websites so I was delighted when this company appeared on my newsfeed on Facebook. With only 20 minutes left to get the order in for guaranteed delivery before Christmas there was no time to waste and sure enough the parcel was at my door in plenty of time!

I can't fault this company, a massive 10 out of 10. I've bought 6 items from this husband and wife team in the last 2 years and can honestly say they have gone above and beyond to help get the orders perfect. I bought a family tree for my parents for Christmas, everything about dealing with the company and the product itself was superb. Excellent personal customer service , everything done when said it would be and kept in touch along the way. The family tree is stunning , a high quality product and good value for money.

Can't praise this company enough for their understanding, kindness and professionalism. In my error I misspelt a name on my personalised order and although it was extremely close to Christmas and they were crazy busy, they didn't hesitate to amend the spelling and redo the entire order then sent it out first class so I received it in time for the big day!
