Booked an appointment for the next following day. Turn up to be shown the door straight away.

Once notifying them i had booked an appointment they realised they couldn't quickly show me the door, they engaged in asking whats the problem.

I explained the issue and they said they'd have to keep it over the Christmas period and start repairs on jan 1st onwards which made no sense. i might as well bring it back after.

I insisted a diagnostic at least before i leave. the Macbook got plugged in a simple diagnostic boot done but cancelled once i said i done that same method last night. then the guy responds by disconnecting and saying oh well theirs no point in doing that and hand me back the laptop and says leave the laptop or come back after Christmas.

What was the booking service for?? to waste my time

go to Apple these guys are shambles to be associated with the brand apple.

Fantastic job with an upgrade, and quicker than expected service. Professional and done everything as promised. Customer Service could be improved on, as mentioned in another review made to feel like they wanted to get me off the phone and even comments by other customers in store revealed they in parts lack customer satisfaction at times. However overall trusted and a professional service.
