Excellent bike servicing from Tom and Rob who really know their stuff - highly recommended.

Ty Cycles were totally terrific to deal with. They brought the bike to my hotel. Picked it up at the end of the journey. The bike was perfect and in great riding condition. They were very pleasant and helpful in regards to communication and suggestions. They had recommended to reach out to Michael Cooper for guide and route planning. Michael also was amazing. So helpful and dedicated to making sure that guests in the region have a safe and enjoyable tour on the bike. I am for sure going to return one day, and I will reach out to TY cycles and Michael when I do. Thanks of making my solo cycle trip safe and lovely.

We hired a bike box from TY Cycles for a cycling holiday in The Vercors, France. Good product and great customer service, especially when our flight was delayed on the way home. The guys were really friendly and we would definitely use them again and recommend.

Had a Shimano wheel with many damaged spokes that Tom had a nightmare to fix but he persevered.

I took the wheel but it was dished over to the non-drive side and consequently didn't fit the bike anymore.
In the end the wheel was beyond repair and he sourced me a new wheel at no charge as he didn't want to disappoint.

With customer service like that I can't hesitate to recommend him.

Tom at TY Cycles provided me with a first-class service. The convenience of coming to the house to either work or collect your bike to be worked on is something that I have not come across in this area before, and it is incredibly helpful. Not knowing what needed to be done on my bike, Tom was able to provide excellent advice and a very reasonable quote. I also sprung three other bikes on him when he came to pick mine up and he was more than happy to advise, fix on the spot and quote on these as well. Very quick service, my bike is now in excellent order and I feel a lot more prepared for my London to Brighton adventure. Highly recommended.
