About Tyneside Tree Surgeons
Residential and domestic tree surgery in the north east of England. NPTC qualified climbing arborists.
Tyneside Tree Surgeons Description
Trees are amazing self-optimising organisms but they do need care - especially in an urban environment where lack of maintenance can result in disease, unmanaged growth and structural problems. In extreme cases a lack of proper care can result in structural failings which necessitate a complete removal for safety purposes.
I can help you extend the life of a tree which may be growing too large, dangerous or unstable, by pruning, deadwood removal, crown thinning, crown raising and crown reduction. I also carry out felling and removal of dead, diseased or unwanted trees. Based in South Tyneside, I am a NPTC (Levels 2 and 3) qualified Tree Surgeon and Climbing Arborist. Because I'm a qualified tree climber I can also provide sectional dismantling.
I specialise in residential and domestic tree work in the north east of England. The areas I cover include Tyneside, Wearside, Durham and Northumberland. I have specialist insurance and enhanced DBS clearance.

A local start-up business. These guys are useful if you need any external aerial inspection work on trees or other elevated structures, and don't have the time or resources to organise a climber or cherry picker. Mark Ainsley
Today's job. Urban Cherry!
Battling a crazy giant pear tree in Fellgate today. I'm sure I'm in there somewhere!
Now that was a long job!
Now you see it, now you don't!
Quickest conifer removal ever - it doesn't always have to cost a lot or take a long time!
Catching up on all our leylandii removals now the nesting season has finished.
Lovely autumn day dealing with a monster ivy hedge. Lovely customer, lovely coffee.
I never lecture customers about home chainsaw use, but this is worth a read.
Another lovely day up at Wallington Hall with Tree Fella dot Me. Has to be one of the nicest places ever to work.
Lovely day climbing in Washington today. 4 varied jobs but trying to save this lapsed pollollard was the most memorable.
Beautiful day today working up at Wallington Hall. The 25° heat made it a bit challenging though!
Oooooh. Sometimes it's better to be up in the frozen north.
First hint of spring. Good to be climbing again!
Our bread and butter. But useful for anyone.
