I love UB. Fantastic experience as always. Kerry always makes me feel very welcome and is a wizard with lashes and brows. She even wrapped me up in a little blanky so I was nice and warm during my treatment. I drive 30 mins to get here as its the best salon for miles

I had lash perfect eyelashes done & tinted. I was so happy with the result they looked so natural & lasted the full two weeks! The staff are very welcoming & friendly & I will 100% be going back !

I absolutely loved my hair! It went from a dry damaged black red orange and brown to a soft, lovely caramel brown, black and red. Big Thankyous to Natalie for doing this! You're amazing and so is everyone else whom works here. Well worth the money! X

I absolutely love this place. If I need any hair or beauty treatments - this is the first place I think of to book. The ladies who work here are always so friendly and helpful. I'd always gone to ugly Betty's in blackheath for beauty treatments but when it moved to nuxley village I started going there for hair appointments too - they are absolutely brilliant!

As a man of a certain age, having a beauty treatment was not at the top of my to do list! Lesley and Kerrie having been to my seminars persuaded me to go along to Ugly Bettys and treated me to a haircut (I've done it myself for 10 years) and a full facial. Walking through the door, was I out of my comfort zone or what!!! The environment was relaxed and classy; the service was professional and considerate; the experience was out of this world and worth every penny! If you haven't been, you don't know what you're missing. Do It Now!
