Ucl Robotics Society

About Ucl Robotics Society

UCL Robotics Society has one key aim of providing education and services for those who are interested in robotics, electronics and a little programming!

Ucl Robotics Society Description

The Robotics Society is based as part of University College London and part of the student societies. Over our time at university, we have seen that there has been a rising interest in terms of creativity and innovation. Our basic aim is to provide education on the basics of electronics, programming and robotics and give people the ability to create their own robots in the future. Some people may be interested in a future career in robotics or electronics and may be interested in design and innovation. Hence, we have come up with a society that can help to fulfil those requirements and we think it would be nice to have such a society since we strongly believe in providing skills and education.

Here is a reminder to sign up for our workshop with primary school students on Wednesday 29th November in the afternoon! This will be a very fun session with no prior experience required and will involve working with Cubelets- easy to assemble components that can be used to form basic robots. Please do sign up as soon as possible, especially if you don't have a DBS Certificate as we would need to help you get one!
