Really friendly staff from arrival spoke to a blonde lady with glasses who helped pick out a new pair of uggs not long realised due to myself trying to wash my previous ones covered in mud in washing machine!! Lol till Lady was lovely and reminded me to buy protection spray to avoid me trying to boil wash my uggs lol 🙈😂😂

UGG UK customer service is absolutely the worst customer service I have encountered.



I wrote several emails to them and tried contacting on fb and twitter, no response, no acknowledgement, wow, very surprised !



I had ordered 2 more shoes to my partner, both going back !
