The best thing about winter! So snuggly and comfortable; and with such a wealth of styles, there is something to suit everyone. I've got several pairs now and adore them! They are a world away from the man-made imitations and if you look after them, they'll look after you. Not cheap though, so sale time is always a bit of a treat!

It's worth paying the price as it's very comfortable and warm. The quality is excellent except the Bonham Chelsea which I was disappointed with.

Thanks very much for such poor customer service. I placed an order on Friday and paid express delivery only to receive an email at 6:24 pm tonight to be told you do not have the stock to fulfil the order !!!.

Poor customer service. Faulty boots and nobody willing to help or even respond!

J ai Passe une commande le 4 janvier pour des UGG Bailey Bow Femme en taille 40, commande Numero 46301300, j attend toujours ! Je n ai jamais rien reçu et personne ne répond aux emails! Commande payé par carte bancaire !

J attend de vos nouvelles au plus vite !

Experienced very bad service in store today.... even more disappointing because the quality of the product is not satisfactory at all... receiving bad service on top of a bad product really made my day!!!!
