Just completed the Colchester rapid hypnosis and Kinetic Shift 2 day training. The course trainers Charlene and Ben are very friendly and informative and explain fully then demonstrate the techniques in a way that is easy to learn, they help build and ensure that the individual gains great confidence. As a full time Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner i was looking to add more skills Confidence and techniques to my Practice. From the minute the training started the rapport between the trainers and students was massive. There was Oodles of time to practice the skills being taught, and we were kept on our toes all weekend. A Highly organised course with extra helpers/trainers from the Hypnosis Academy joining the training to help out which provided a very high level of student supervision. I have left this course feeling confident in the skills I have learnt. We were treated to Grahams Magic tricks when we all went out together on the saturday evening which was impressive. Having had the Kinetic Shift Technique highly recommended to me I bit the bullet & signed up for the Rapid Hypnosis Induction & KS course on the 7th & 8th July in Colchester with the UK Hypnosis Academy.

I was a novice compared to my knowledgeable peers as I had absolutely no prior experience of being hypnotised or hypnotising others & yet I was excited to get learning.



On Saturday I was introduced to the Rapid Hypnosis Inductions and if you’d have told me by lunchtime I’d have hypnotised two people I probably wouldn’t have believed you. It was a great feeling to embark on learning this new found skill. By the end of the day the group had learnt & practiced 10 different Inductions. Wow! Head spinning at the end of day one in the most positive way.



Day two was the much anticipated Kinetic Shift & it didn’t disappoint. In the same manner as day one after the intro & explanation it was straight into plenty of practicals and learning opportunities aplenty. The content free aspect of KA was always a big appeal to me and it was great to put it into action and see how it fitted with the other modalities.

I’m totally sold on KS & can’t wait to put it into practice for the first time away from the course.

Another day finished with positive head spinning at all the amazing opportunities to use KS. Bring it on!

It has been one of the most fascinating and intense courses I have undertaken so far.



In a safe environment, not only did I go on a journey of self discovery, I learned more about Inductions, Kinetic Shift, Deepeners, the Do's and Dont's and so much more.
