How we work we appraise your property and offer you a guaranteed rental for a specific time period minimum 12 months to 60 months.
We then rent it to our clients whom are working professionals in the uk
This is a hassle free solution as we manage and furnish the property specific to our client at our cost.
We manage the property FREE of charge to the landlord attending all problems at cost to the landlord there are no fees for this service and we are happy to use the landlords tradesmen if required.
On longer lets of 36 months + we are happy to update the property internally Free for the landlord.
A typical Landlord in London will save fees of £2000 per annum.

We take the hassle out of letting and managing your property and guarantoring the rent for a fixed term (One to Five Years).
We do not charge any commission for our services.
We will attend to all the properties maintainence at cost to you with NO EXTRA charges.
Your property will need a EPC and Gas Safe certificate and proof of ownership.
We do not deal with tenants on benefits all our tenants are private clients and company lets fully referanced.
All our tenants are fully referanced and covered by insurance and will have signed AST contracts.

Once we have appraised your property and agreed terms we will pay to you the monthly rental agreed even if we have not rented out the property.
On longer leases of 5 years we are happy to update the property at our cost .
