Tool Time Tuesday – online tonight
The meeting is open to all who have an interest in learning more about the tools – not only in regards to addictive behaviour but other aspects of life. Whether you are a facilitator or peer you are welcome to join us and not only learn but also share your experiences of using the tools either in a meeting or in your own lives.
The room will open at 6.30pm for mic checks with a view to the meeting starting at 7.00pm

I started with SMART a couple of years back in a bad place. This organisation helped me through my addiction and problems that added to my addiction. Having tried alot of other organisations and recovery methods, failing at all of them, i then attended my first SMART meeting. I can safely say that they have saved my life. I am now a SMART facilitator and regularly take meetings. My life and familys life has changed for the better and more. I also have the amazing Trish Allan to thank for helping through the darkest part of my life. SMART can not only help you fight and overcome your addiction, it can help you become someone you never thought was possible. Xxx

I moved back home to fife I was in very dark place. I was told by the doctor not to stop drinking as it could kill me. I was so scared. I have a councillor from FIRST she told me about SMART. I was scared and very anxious to go to a group meeting ...why I still wonder. I loved the way the program works at first I reduced only. It's almost a year since I was drunk....and by making the right choices I can honestly say I'm proud of me. I'm working on other issues but I'm getting there. I will always use the tools as they saved my life. I am SMART and I have SMART friends. I was lucky enough to go to the convention down at Stoke on Trent where I met the founders lovely people it was an inspiration. I have a future and I'm looking forward to it. Next step to be a facilitator �. Get SMART ....it's for everyone it's the future !
