History:
Established in 1993 Border Solutions has expanded extensively. As Protel we achieved an enviable reputation as a professional call centre taking calls for business areas such as doctors, emergency services, vets and funeral services. All professions that demand uncompromising levels of discretion, clarity and professionalism.
We have been working within the professional services industry for over 20 years and have a proven track record for quality of service and attention to detail.
Scripting and staff training
We work with our clients to produce detailed scripts for our agents to follow. All agents are trained on a one to one basis so they understand your company and can act as an extension to your own office. They understand your mission statement, goals and objectives. A Supervisor is always on hand in the event of queries.
Experience
Managing a company and all its individual components can be hard work. It isn’t every day someone asks you to break down exactly what you do into fine detail in order to outsource a process or task. Border Solutions has the experience to guide clients through this by asking the right questions and using our experience with other clients to fine tune the customer experience. That communication doesn’t stop after the initial set up. We constantly refine the process to establish best practice and overcome any issues.
