Ullswater Steamers

Super experience and very warm inside on a chilly day.

Very mellow ferry ride on the Ullswater lake. It's beautiful, serene and peaceful.

Extremely disappointed that a pre booked coach of people were allowed to jump the people waiting in the actual queue this afternoon. All the people in the original queue had to stand, including pregnant women who eventually had to sit on the floor. No one could get on at Howtown either. I saw many disgruntled faces. There was simply no organisation and feel a pre booked group of such a size should of had their own boat. I would not recommend this company on today's experience sadly :(

Has lots of parking spaces. Good ride around the lake in a vessel equipped with a bar for drink n snacks too. The staff are polite and can get nice hot drinks and souvenirs at the end. The scenes across the lake is spectacular. Must see experience.

What a fantastic day we have had ! The pirate boat cruise was brilliant. The pirates were fantastic and the water fight was so much fun, the whole family enjoyed it. Thank you for a memorable day 😆

Lovely round trip in perfect evening sunshine. Enjoyed fun conversations with the crew, mocking the absurdly posh, 'plummy' accents of the pre-recorded commentary -- it reminded me of BBC Children's Hour of the 1950s.. And I didn't mind paying £8 for parking; we'd just missed one boat, so we had long wait for the next one, followed by a 2 1/2 hour voyage. It all helps to play for the repair of the flood damage.

Friendly staff, gets you down the lake easily. 10% discount if you get the 9:45 boat. Price could be a little less expensive though for a single ticket

Great Day out on these steamers to Pooley Bridge. Dogs travel for £1. Polite staff, good efficient, reliable service. Good bar on board

Does exactly what it should. Can there be a better way to view the area. Heritage and beauty in shovel loads. Thank you.
