Great success from one of my post-natal clients. Joined 6 weeks ago and has lost 8kg! Her biggest change is reducing the amount of sugar she was consuming.

Another lovely treat by a client tonight! Apparently, eating for two now some I’m allowed more 👍🏻

Smashed out a session in the glorious sunshine! Variation of 20 seconds up to 2 minutes! Progression from these ladies has been amazing! The third set they had press ups.... neither of them thought they could do 1, but they managed double figures each ✌🏽💪🏼 Can’t beat consistency, hard work and dedication.

Sets of 3.... a mixture of strength, cardio and core. No matter how hard I make it Charlotte Louise Lee is always smiling & wants to train harder :D

Combined weight loss of 3 Stone and 2 lbs & they’re still going! Following a sustainable eating planning and exercising regularly. No fairy dust just hard work, consistency and dedication. This morning we finished off the session with a few abs exercises after they completed the tough 9/1 rep challenge 🤮💪🏻

Interesting evening tonight! Change of park location due to Chelsea playing. Park number 2 came to a short ending with park police asking us to leave! Final location..... on the street 😜! True dedication from clients tonight.
