We had a lovely late lunch here today. The place was warm and welcoming with friendly staff and swift service. The Buns (chicken and beef) were amazing and the Ramen very tasty indeed. Highly recommend this little gem, great value too!

Today I visited Umami for the first time and had veg. Ramen with toppings...it taste amazing...till now best Ramen I ever had in Plymouth...staff was very friendly and polite...price is also very reasonable as a Uni student and ambience was beautiful...I felt like I am in Japan...definitely visiting again.

The ramen was delicious.

Good service and decent portions.

A relaxed yet vibrant ambience.

Would definitely return for more.

The BEST ramen I've ever tasted in Plymouth. You can really tell the love and craft they put in the food by how it looks and tastes. Prices are reasonable, portion sizes are good, staff are really welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended to anyone to try. ����

Tasty food with a well thought out menu catering for all tastebuds. Reasonably priced compared to similar dishes in nearby restaurants. Always a treat to visit!

Soy ramen was ace, prices were more than reasonable, and the service was quick and friendly without being overbearing. Perfect if you're looking for something light and tasty whilst enjoying some day-time bar hopping.

Popped into see my wife and this lovely new restaurant where she now works with some visiting friends from Banladesh and she did me proud once more the Ramen Noodles with pork or chicken and then their chicken wings were all amazing, a great food experience. Go visit!

Loved all I tried, which was most dishes.... food was nicely flavoured, fried squid was delicious, light crispy delicate coating, and soft centre... best ribs I have had.... ��

Love the aesthetic and the overall atmosphere in Umami. It’s a great place offering well made and well presented food, the menu is kind of small though!

Great food, quick service, get a jug of water on the table. I recomend the plum wine!

Food was excellent and service was really good plus there wasn't a long wait for the food.

Food here is ridiculously good for the price... I would strongly recommend going in on the starters and trying the chicken wings and ribs!
