‘Unagi’ means Freshwater Eel in Japanese. It is one of the most popular fish in Japan and is commonly found in Sushi.

We love food and we love preparing food for friends and family. Sushi is one of the many dishes that we have been eating since childhood. We were instantly attracted to its fresh and tasty flavour, not to mention its healthiness.

Our passion is to provide the most authentic sushi around and occasionally introduce new flavours. It gives us great pleasure to share this simple yet beautiful dish with you. Only the freshest and finest ingredients will be used to make our sushi, sourcing from local traders in Bristol whenever possible. We will also make sure that our sushi is affordable without compromising the quality.
