Meet Anita, and 87 year old Psychoanalyst from NYC we met purely by chance in a hotel bar last night. We got chatting and Anita was telling us how she met an artist yesterday outside a tube station whom she’d never heard of. He gave her a painting. We asked if she’d care to show us. Then this happened...

And so it begins: the hottest day ever recorded in England. (Until next year, and the year after...)

Spent last week in the breathtaking Lake District with a group of courageous people on a Rosen Method Bodywork Intensive. In this work, we meet each other at the deepest level, through gentle, listening touch, and together meet those parts of our being longing to be known. I couldn’t be more grateful that I’m able to continue my apprenticeship in this form of bodywork, which resonates more deeply with me than any other.
