Underthuel Farm is a wonderful rustic holiday accommodation, set in the picturesque Cornish countryside, just minutes from the luxurious golden sands of Perranporth. It has its own private grounds, with fabulous views of the rolling hills surrounding it.

Inside:
Entrance into the hall which leads to the spacious, light and airy kitchen /dining room.
The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a Rangemaster cooker, fridge /freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave & microwave.
The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people and patio doors which lead out to the patio and gardens beyond.
The lounge has solid wood flooring and is furnished with leather sofas and armchairs and has a large flat screen television with Free-view and DVD.
There is a small study off the lounge with Wi-Fi for guests use.
The family bathroom has an attractive suite, with roll-top bath, wash-basin WC and a separate shower cubicle.
There are two double bedrooms, each with built in wardrobes and one bunk bedded room.
All bed linen and electricity are included.
Please bring your own towels, or alternatively they can be hired from us during the booking process.
All our properties are non smoking.

Outside:
To the rear of the property is a 2 acre lawned garden with a large pond stocked with carp.
There is a menagerie of animals - ducks, hens, a friendly sheep and a very old tortoise!
These are all looked after by the owners who live on site in a fenced off area.
You are very welcome to bring your own pets (please advise us at time of booking) but they must be kept under control when using the grounds.
You are also most welcome to use the pool and trampoline, entirely at your own risk, and children must, of course, be supervised at all times around these and the pond.
There is a large patio area with table and chairs. Peaceful countryside surrounds the property.
To the front of the property is ample parking for several cars.
The excellent 16th Bolingey Inn is situated just 50 yards down the lane and serves great food and real ales.
Perranporth with its 3 miles of golden sands and fantastic surf, is just a 10-15 minute walk away, where you will find a good selection of restaurants, pubs and shops.
Horse-riding, tennis, fishing and surfing lessons are all available locally.
