Banana pancakes🍌🥞
Serves 4😋
... Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas mashed 225ml milk 2 tbsp oil 2 tsp baking powder 1 egg beaten 125g plain flour
Method:
1. In a bowl add the flour and baking powder and stir so they are well combined. 2. In a separate bowl combine the beaten egg, milk, oil and mashed bananas. 3. Stir in the flour mixture into the wet mixture so it is well combined. The batter will be lumpy. 4. Use a shallow pan or griddle, add a small amount of oil and heat it over a medium heat. A large tablespoon of the pancake mixture is enough for each pancake.
These pancakes are very easy and quick to make and are even more delicious when eaten with fresh fruit, maple syrup and yoghurt. Enjoy!🍴
