I purchased a 24 inch unicycle from unicycle.co.uk but seems the right crank was defected and the pedal went off and wasn’t able to screw back just after a few hours of learning to ride it.

After contacting Nick and sending him a few photos of the issue, he sent me a new crank which arrived internationally (via DHL) within just 2 days.

Will definitely buy again and recommend them!

This is the place for one wheeled joy! Products are ace quality and the service is human, approachable with zero sales pitch. At UDC they are genuinely into the world of unicycling. And they care about their customers as fellow riders and enthusiasts - as much as they do about the products that stock and build!

The unicycle I bought is great and my son loves it! I was also really impressed with the customer service I received. I made several phone calls asking for advice as to what to buy, as I knew nothing about unicycles and the person was so helpful. I also called when I had to assemble it and was talked through the process (actually very simple!) over the phone. Don't forget to look at all the fun accessories if you are buying a unicycle from this website, especially if it's a gift! eg. My son's has a special saddle with flames on it - very cool! Finally, I remember that the unicycle arrived super fast!

The Nimbus unicycle products have the slogan "designed for unicyclists, by unicyclists”. In my opinion, Unicycle.co.uk could equally have the slogan, 'The on-line shop for unicyclists run by unicyclists'. Like many others who have left reviews, nothing seems too much trouble. I have 'phoned for advice from time to time and every time they have been able to sort me out. Once on my behalf for a birthday voucher, once for sourcing cranks longer than 170mm and once for purchasing a Qu-Ax product that they didn't stock but managed to source for me. There's also all their on-line resources if you are thinking of taking up unicycling and wondering what it is all about or deciding to build you own unicycle wheel. Why go elsewhere with this level of service?
