If you look at a gym or at personal trainers and would love to be a part of the scene but find it difficult to take the first step, you should know that you are in the majority not the minority. This is why we set up Unique. It is an opportunity for you to work with a coach who specialises in transforming the human body. We understand your fears and desires and work hard to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
Initially you will have a free, no obligation consultation in a private office, during which we will get to know you, your hopes, your fears and aspirations. This is not a 'One Size Fits All' situation. We need to know what makes you tick and you need to feel comfortable with us. If you decide to employ us to change your life, the fun will then begin.

We will meticulously plan your journey to ensure you achieve your goals as quickly as possible in a safe manner and environment. We will educate you to be able to negotiate the minefield that is food shopping as well as giving you the knowledge to make good choices when eating out. You will understand the basic principles of exercise and be able to structure a workout for yourself without worrying if you are doing things correctly. When you are ready and only when you are ready we will venture out of the personal studio and into the gym, where we will give you the confidence to be able to walk into any gym in the world. You may be ready on day 1 but we believe it is imperative to work within your comfort zone.
