About United Fitness

Natalie has 11 years teaching experience and currently teaches group Pilates classes and one-ones.

United Fitness Description

Hi my name is Natalie Rusiuk and I teach group Pilates classes and one-one sessions.
I am qualified to Level 3, have my post natal and pre natal training and have 12 years teaching experience.

MONDAYS 7. 30PM-8. 30PM - Gymophobics, River Way House, Lancaster.
TUESDAYS 7pm - The United Reformed Church, Bolton-le-Sands.
WEDNESDAYS 7. 15pm - 8. 15pm at The United Reformed Church, Bolton-le-Sands.
THURSDAYS 10-11am - Heysham Mossgate Community Centre.
THURSDAYS - 7. 30pm - The United Reformed Church, Bolton-le-Sands. (Class is full)


PILATES with mini-ball-
Pliates was developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. Pilates exercises teach awareness of the breath and the alignment of the spine, and strengthen the deep torso muscles. Pilates helps to develop body awareness, improving and changing the body's postural and alignment habits and increasing flexibility and ease of movement.
