Unity Muay Thai Description
Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) is a fantastic way to tone up, lose weight, improve confidence and provides a total body muscle workout, superb cardio-vascular endurance, flexibility, stress reduction and improved balance and coordination. Our classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

... For those who may be thinking to pay as you go as we have missed a week in January, remember there are still 4 full weeks of training to do this month ! So still works out cheaper for membership !

My husband and 2 boys attend Unity and love it. It has a very family, friendly feel to it. Keep up the good work Andy and Lynne!
My daughter has been going for 6 months now. She loves the training twice a week and her fitness and confidence have improved loads. Can't say enough about the positive attitude of the club and coaches.
My 8 year old daughter has been training here for just over a year now x she absolutely loves it x she's gained so much confidence and also discipline too x they work the kids hard but still keep it fun x she loves her Unity friends and I'm glad we've found a sport she enjoys so much x
Great place run by lovely people, good atmosphere �my little lad has come on loads since joining and really loves it which says alot , thanks guys for looking after him ��x
Great for kids to learn self confidence along with self defence and discipline
