It has broadcast on the FM for over 5 years and has a long 10 year broadcast history of reaching into communities combined with engaging outreach work, helping young people in the community. This means Unity Radio has a solid foundation of local support across the region. Unity Radio’s unique and innovative programming broadcasting a range of local, national and international dance and urban music artists reflects the tastes, interests and popular trends of its target audience.

This show will include different aspects of both diet and exercise and explain how both work in providing a good mental health explained by, Wayne; a nutritionist with an abundance of knowledge in the area, also md of a successful juice company and Jaso...n; an ex professional footballer who has suffered with mental health problems and used diet/exercise as an aid in getting through it.
If you are experiencing mental health problems, or are just interested in understanding and finding out how you might be able to improve your mental health, then this is a programme you have to lock in for.
