The other day on my way home from work my chain snapped, potentially leaving me stranded. I wasn't far from University Cycles and so I popped in on the off -chance. They very quickly took out the broken link and repaired the chain. I was back on my way inside ten minutes and able to make my next appointment.

How much did they charge? I'm not going to say, but it was extremely reasonable.

Speechlessly good. You need to ask for what you want as the shop is cluttered, but you'll get exactly what you want at an excellent price, with aftercare, and Colin will make sure you'll be happy with what you've chosen. The best bike shop ever.

Great range of bike baskets at a very reasonable price. I bought a beautiful and strong basket (I was asked to stand on the top of the basket to check how good it was!) for a good price! I was not charged to have it put on the bike! I was really happy and strongly recommend the shop to anyone that needs a bike basket!
